Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Clearance and Discount Items

Please note that all sales on clearance and discount items, as well as floral arrangements, are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for these items.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be returned in its original packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, don't panic. Email us a photograph of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will either offer a discount on the damaged item or replace it with a new one.

How to Initiate an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day period. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to exchange. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping Costs

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
